Tickets are on sale now for just £25 per person for the weekend including camping. Weekend tickets come with the option of discounted ferry travel and a special package of offers at a range of Isle of Wight attractions so event-goers can extend their stay and explore the Island at their leisure. Day tickets will also be available, and up to three under 14s can go free with each paying adult.

The event will include entertainment from start to finish with the best in live music and DJs, guided forest walks and fossil hunts, VW competitions including show and shine categories and cooking in a camper. There will be an organised drive-out through the Isle of Wight’s picturesque countryside leading to one of the Island’s best unspoilt beaches for a surf event brought to you in association with Isle of Wight surfers and judged by Norman Wright, an experienced judge from Hotdoggers, with a full set of prizes and giveaways presented back at the V-Dub Island site.

Throughout the weekend there will be plenty for everyone to explore, from auto jumbles and show and shine competitions to a healing and holistic therapies area, a special VIP bar experience, onsite hairdresser, henna tattooists, ‘Supercharged Outlaws’ drag racing team displays and much more.

Saturday night will be a Pirate themed fancy dress party night, so attendees can get their gladrags on and party to great music, take advantage of special themed drinks over the main bar, or seek a bit of sophisticated solace at the VIP bar.

Saturday 20^th August Headliner – Dub Pistols

V-Dub Island is proud to announce the critically acclaimed Dub Pistols as Saturday evening headliners.

From their early singles for Concrete Records to their genre defying 'Six Million Ways To Live' LP, the Dub Pistols have always added a much needed Rock n Roll swagger to the UK's dance scene. Chewing up hip-hop, dub, techno, ska and punk and spitting them out in a renegade futuristic skank they have consistently defied genres & exceeded the highest of expectations. 

Their genre-mashing abilities have led to remix work for the likes of Moby, Crystal Method, Limp Bizkit, Bono, Korn & Ian Brown, and seen them work with hiphop legend Busta Rhymes on 'One', a track for Blade 2 and 'Molotov' on the Y Tu Mama Tambien soundtrack.

In recent years the band has mutated from a studio based duo into a fully fledged live act. Front man Barry Ashworth is also known for his full-throttle DJ sets. There is no letting up for this much-loved party starter, and Dub Pistols’ set at V-Dub Island is sure to be an electrifying show.
