ISLAND Expo saw another succesful year, with some fabulous kitchen demonstrations, including one from our very own food editor Aneke Spacie. It proves to still be the first place to find the very top Island suppliers and services to the hospitality and catering Industry.
Style of Wight are also pleased to announce the winnner of the ‘Best Stand at Show award was given to Carisbrooke Cuisine - who’s stand we visited regulary for delicous samples and everything was presented to a very high standard. Look out for them in the next issue of  our magazine.
  There were also great stands from Goodman’s Deli of Ventnor, The Garlic Farm in Arreton and Island Ales had really gone to town with thier fully working bar - we managed to resist the temptation!
Also big thanks to Dan from Bristo Coffee for keeping us perky with freshly gound coffees and cappacino’s, and all the Widget team who work hard to bring this very professional and infroamtive show to the isle of Wight. Look forward to seeing you all again in 2011.
